A Peachtree City resident since 1988, Sean Hulse brings over 15 years of real estate expertise to buyers, sellers, and property owners across Fayette and Coweta counties. As Qualifying Broker at Preferred Realty Services, Sean is dedicated to making every transaction seamless — whether you're buying your first home, listing a property, or in need of professional property management services.
Robin Hulse
Owner/Realtor
Robin has enjoyed a real estate career in Peachtree City for over 28 years. Having moved from NY with 2 small boys when her husband got transferred with Delta was an exciting time, but also very challenging. That's why customer service is a first priority for Robin.
Nathan Esparza
Associate Broker/Realtor
Nathan joined Robin when she opened the business in 2003. Aside from being the broker at Preferred Realty Services, he is a beer and wine aficionado.
Christine Watkins
Office Manager
Christine joined Preferred Realty in 2011, where she oversees the day to day operations. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business, including accounts receivables & customer services. Her incredible organization skills keep the team running smoothly.
Denise Gregory
Office Assistant
Denise moved to Peachtree City from southern California in 1984 and has resided in Senoia since 1995. She has been working with Preferred Realty since 2016. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, six grandchildren and their families and also enjoys crocheting and reading.
Mary Beth Hooper
Realtor
Mary Beth moved to Peachtree City in 1999 and has been a licensed real estate agent in Georgia and Florida for 24 years, specializing in residential sales. She enjoys helping clients navigate the buying and selling process while building lasting relationships in the community. Outside of real estate, she enjoys cooking, reading, playing tennis, and most of all spending time with her family.
